Return Policy

While ordering any product, you are welcome to contact us via Email or Phone and we will be happy to provide information on the products and suggest their suitability to your requirements.

Due to health guidelines and especially with the pandemic, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except when there is any product defect.

Please note that we are very conscious about providing good customer service and resolve any issues that customers may have had. 

 

Return of goods for refund or exchange (if applicable)

LinenWise will send a return shipping label to the customer with drop off instructions.

Returned goods must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels. On receiving the returned goods, the same will be inspected and approved for exchange or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refund for the amount paid will be issued via the same mode as of payment.
